Since 1958, Bill Ruth has owned and operated W.E. Ruth Real Estate, Inc., a general real estate brokerage firm specializing in new construction sales and residential resale. Over the years, he has completed numerous residential plat developments, multi-family projects and commercial centers in the south King County area. 

As a life-long resident of the Kent, Washington area, Bill enjoys a very fine personal and professional reputation in the community. Once a project begins, Bill is committed to see it through to a successful conclusion, no matter what the work requirements may be.

Bill also enjoys other activities, including hiking, salt water fishing at his two lodges in Alaska, and playing softball throughout the western United Sates during the summer months.

Bill continues to spend most of his workday developing residential plats in the local market area, an activity he enjoys very much.  Because the Seattle residential market is very active, the company presently has a number of residential plats under development, as well as two multi-family complexes.
